Balancing Flow Yoga

This autumn we will try Balancing Flow Yoga with Zlatka.

Zlatka are going to teach Yoga,  Thursdays 18:00-19:15

Weeks 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 45, 46, 48, 49

Welcome to a balancing yoga flow – a combination of physical, mental and breathing exercises. Including The Five element concept which is one of the most fundamental in Ayurvedic science.

During the autumn I’m going to introduce practices which are part of my daily living. Practices that contribute to increase awareness, slowing down responses and unfold the wisdom of our bodies and nature… Movements from Sama Yoga, Hatha -, Kundalini and Qigong are taking turn during the classes and are used as a tool for creating a balance and harmony. Such as blessing!
Each class will introduce a “look” into setting intention (sadana) a technique as part of the transformation journey and some of the classes will include simple sound techniques.

Dedicated time for ourselves is a gift – to rest the senses and relax the nervous system, to calm the mind and help increasing organs efficiency by movements and deeper breath. As everything is deeply connected this first steps of connection with the self leads to deeper changes within as balance hormones and metabolism for example, improves our health and quality of life as outcome.
