Running School

During Tuesday lunches this autumn Aktivitetshuset will host the popular running school.

Focus will be on running technique. All sessions will have 15min warmup with running technique followed by around 30min with the theme of the day. Then we end the session with a cooldown and some stretching.

The sessions are made so everyone can join regardless of age, gender and running ability.

Trail running. We will do an easy trail run together. ~5-6km
