A-Z Workout

Have fun spelling your name, your friends’ names, your favorite city or whatever! Choose between 26 exercises, one for each letter of the English alphabet. The possibilities are endless!

Instructions

  • Warm up before starting.
  • Repeat each exercise 10 times or for 1 minute.
  • You only need your body, a kettlebell or something else, for example a stone.
