Life is full of happy days – and not quite so happy. So, how do we take care of ourselves and each other? In this crash course on mental health, you will get the psychologist’s best advice on how to turn stress into motivation and make bad days become better both on and off the clock.
You will also get tools to encourage dialogues around mental wellbeing and how to ask colleagues about mental health challenges. In this practical and engaging talk, Swedish psychologist Siri Helle offers relatable tips and actions to elevate everyday life.
Siri Helle is a TEDx speaker and author of the international bestseller “The Emotion Trap”. As a writer for the Swedish Public Health Agency on mental health topics, she is a popular psychology expert on TV, radio, and podcasts. In 2017, she received the Little Psychology Prize for her commitment to spreading psychology to people in general.
