Organize your own leisure activity at Aktivitetshuset. Book Studio 1, the entire Multihallen, or just half of it for one hour, and put together your own activity with your team. This option is only available for IKEA co-workers, Vuxenklubben and their families.

Please note that this option gives you the opportunity to bring your own activity leader and arrange your own session of, for example, yoga, stretch or other activity that you and your team would like to practice, either in Studio 1 or Multihallen.
If you choose Studio 1, you’ll get training equipment included in the price. You can then have access to yoga mats, pilates balls, rubber bands and dumbells among other things.
For those booking Multihallen (Half or Full), you’ll need to add the training equipment separately in the booking form.
Studio 1 fits up to 15 participants.
Half Multihallen fits up to 40 participants.
Full Multihallen fits 40 or more participants.
How it works?
This offer is only for leisure related activities, not as meeting/ conference rooms. It can be booked more than 2 weeks in advance. To protect the floor and secure the best usage of the rooms no chairs, food, drinks or outdoor shoes are allowed.

If you are forced to cancel your appointment:
Up to 48 hours before your booking: Free cancellation
Less than 48 hours before your booking: 100% charge
