In the gym of 380 square meters, you will find several fitness machines and tools to make your exercise as versatile as possible. We are members of 100 % Ren Hårdträning, a network against doping and certified for 2024. Welcome!

How do I get in?

You scan your card to check in so please remember to have your card updated. Visit our reception during opening hours and we will help you.

The health and well-being of our visitors and employees is our highest priority. With care for each other, we help to keep distance.

  • All machines must be cleaned after use. Disinfectants are available.
  • Keep clean and remove used material after you.
  • Keep the gym clean and place the gear back after when you are done.
  • Our changing rooms are open at Multihallen between 04:00-22:30

Gym introduction
Do you need help getting started exercising at the gym, but are not sure how to start? We offer free basic introduction where we together go through a program that you can use to get started with your training. We show how the machines and the equipment works, how to set them up and what to think about current posture, weights, sets, repetitions, etc.

Gym hosts
Marie and Sara are our Wellbeing Coordinators at Aktivitetshuset. Take the opportunity to ask our staff about training and get tips and ideas that can inspire continued training. Ask at the reception outside the gym where Sara and Marie are located, and they will be more than happy to help you answer your questions.

Rules

  • This gym turns to IKEA co-workers, family members and Vuxenklubben and you need to be registered by us. A family cards need to be updated after one year.
  • Children are welcome to exercise in parents’ company the year they turn 13 (registration is needed from the year the child turns 15). This applies on Saturdays, Sundays, and school holidays. Younger children are not allowed in the gym.
  • The year the children turn 15, they are allowed to visit the gym without parents’ company after a gym instruction by us. Book it for free in the reception.
  • Children of IKEA co-workers (living at home) can use the gym until the day they turn 21.
  • Indoor shoes should be used.
  • Take care of the equipment and do not drop heavy weights to the ground.
  • Take care of all gym visitors and secure that you have a clear area behind you when lifting heavy weights so no one gets hurt.
