Who can register?
To register at Aktivitetshuset you need to be one of the following:
- IKEA co-worker
- Immediate family member of an IKEA co-worker
(partner or children up to the day they turn 21 years old and live at home) - Vuxenklubben member
- Partner of a Vuxenklubben member
Activities that require registration
Only for IKEA co-workers, Vuxenklubben and families
- The gym (including treadmill)
- Multihallen (including badminton)
- Squash court
- Spa area
- Therapists
- Ceramics
- Music room

IKEA co-workers / Vuxenklubben / Families
No registration needed
Many of our activities are open to the public and you do not need to be connected to IKEA in any way to access them. You can always enjoy food from our kitchen and bakery SMAK, participate in our local events or book one of our team activities or group food options for your family, friends and colleagues. Keep an eye on the sign below.

How do I register?
The registration is done through our booking tool. Please follow the steps below and click on the button.
Register for the first time
1. Choose “Login” (Logga in) and then “Create account” (Skapa konto).
2. Fill in your data.
3. Visit Aktivitetshuset to finish the registration. We will take a picture and scan your IKEA ID-card, Vuxenklubb card or to get a family card. If you are a new family member, the IKEA co-worker needs to join for the final registration.
Registered in the previous system
Log in as usual with your email address, but your password has been changed to your birth date (YYMMDD). Please ensure to update to a new safe password.
Reactivate your account
If your account is older than 3 years or haven’t been used for a while, visit the Hej hub during opening hours so we can help you reactivate it.
Ready to book your first activity?
Login into the booking tool and explore the different activities we offer. You can easily access the tool by clicking the “Booking” button on the top right corner of the website. And don’t forget to choose “Aktivitetshuset IKEA” under “Choose facility”.
