Vacations are often busy, and with everything going on, it’s easy to forget about winding down and taking care of ourselves. Coming back to work after the vacations makes us have even less time to think about training. That’s why we have created a series of three short videos with inspiring and energising exercises that are easy to do – no fancy equipment or special clothes are required. Why not start right now to get into the “wind-down-and-power-up” zone while starting this autumn?

This is not a “real” event, there are no special days or times here to watch out for. The videos are already available at IKEA Videos channel (link below) and you can watch them when you feel you need them. So this is only a friendly reminder to wind down and take care!

Moving a little every day can give your brain a much-needed break, helping you refresh your senses and just be in the moment. And if you have a colleague, family or friends that also need to wind down and recharge their batteries, why not invite them to join our ”Recharge by movement challenge”? Doing simple exercises together is guaranteed to give your batteries a boost.
